Sardinas a la Moruna

INGREDIENTS

250g sardines filleted
2 cloves of garlic
An onion
A tomato
A green pepper
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
Ground cumin

PREPARATION:

Chop the garlic, onion, pepper and tomato (peeled).
Cook the onion and garlic in a little hot oil, then toss in the chopped pepper and tomato and let simmer do with the pan covered.

When vegetables are cooked, add the sardine fillets, skin side down on top.

Add salt, oregano and cumin. cover again and let sardines are made to simmer for 5 minutes.
